These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BTLKEY website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by BTLKEY. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using BTLKEY

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally permitted to purchase or consume alcohol in your jurisdiction to use bottle-related features.
• Some features are currently in development and marked "Launching Soon" — availability may vary by city and rollout stage.

Bottle Wallet & Bookings

Bottle balances, reservations, and orders are managed between you and the participating venue. BTLKEY provides the technology platform that facilitates these interactions but is not the seller of alcohol or venue services.

Payments

Payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

Venue Partners

Venues that register with BTLKEY agree to accurately represent their offerings, honour bookings and bottle balances made through the platform, and comply with all applicable local laws and licensing requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide, or interfere with its normal operation.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTLKEY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
