Pricing

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This page explains what you pay when you use BTLKEY. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

For Customers

• The BTLKEY app is free to download, and creating an account is free.
• Bottles: each partner venue sets the price of the bottles it sells on BTLKEY. The price, bottle size and any discount are shown clearly in the app before you pay.
• Event tickets: ticket prices are set by the venue or event organiser and shown in the app before you pay.
• No hidden charges: the total shown at checkout is the amount charged. BTLKEY does not add any extra booking or convenience fee to your purchase.
• Drinks served from your bottle wallet are deducted from your bottle balance — no further payment is taken at the venue for them.

For Venue Partners

• Listing your venue on BTLKEY is free.
• BTLKEY charges a platform commission — a percentage of each eligible transaction made through BTLKEY at your venue. The exact percentage is agreed with each venue and accepted in writing through a signed Commission Agreement before it applies.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
