Shipping & Delivery Policy

BTLKEY does not ship or deliver any physical goods. We do not sell, ship or deliver alcohol. Everything bought on BTLKEY is delivered digitally in the app and enjoyed in person at the partner venue.

Bottle Purchases

• After your payment is confirmed, the bottle is added to your Bottle Wallet in the app instantly (normally within a few minutes).
• You also receive a purchase receipt by email.
• Your drinks are served only at the venue where you bought the bottle. When you visit, request a serving in the app and show your serve code to the venue staff.
• You must be of legal drinking age in your state and may be asked to show valid photo ID at the venue.

Event Tickets

Tickets are delivered instantly in the app after payment. Show your ticket at the venue entrance to check in.

Venue Partners

Venue partners get access to the BTLKEY venue dashboard and waiter app online once their account is approved. Nothing is shipped.

Delays

If a purchase does not appear in your app within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at support@btlkey.com or +91 95009 53669 with your payment details and we will resolve it or refund you.
